VIRAL! YouTuber Recreates Prabhas' Underwater Scene From Adipurush! Internet Is Mighty Impressed; Netizens Say ‘More Beautiful Than 500cr Effort’

Who would have thought, Adipurush would literally sink even with its stellar cast and massive budget? It all conspired after the teaser of Adipurush was released earlier this year, however, the internet was quite critical of the visuals and it ended up receiving backlash. Many opined that the visual effects and VFX were amateurish.
The film has been in discussions since then. But, the makers plan to do it right by the audience. Even that does not seem to be going well!
Earlier this week, a YouTuber with a penchant for visual effects and VFX, has recreated a scene from the teaser leaving the entire fandom impressed. A slew of users advised him to redo the whole movie himself.
Well, it's time they hired him!
YouTuber and visual effects artiste Kunwar (@itx_kunwar) shared a short video which features recreated Prabhas’ underwater scene from the Adipurush teaser. The video begins with a glimpse of a scene, as seen in the teaser.
Later, Kunwar explained that he made a 3D scan of himself using the kiri engine, following which he made edits in Blender. He then shared the recreated version of the scene, which appears very similar to the original, but complete with tone and even finesse.
Many viewers believe that Kunwar’s attempt was way better than the film, which reportedly has a massive budget of Rs 500 crore.
In no time, the video shared on Instagram was flooded with reactions and many praise him for his excellent job.
One wrote, “This edit seems more beautiful than 500cr effort.” Another concurred, “This is much better than the actual one.” A comment read, ““Ek YouTuber hi aadipurush ki puri VXF team se acha kaam kar leta hai (One YouTuber does better work than the whole team of Adipurush).” Several followers urged him to contact the makers of the film and offer his services. One comment read, “Revfx whole movie ppl will happily give ticket money to watch your movie.”
Last week, Kunwar even explained what faults he found in the original teaser and showed how he corrected them in his recreation.
Adipurush teaser was launched on October 3 and after the disappointing response, the team responded by saying that they were taking feedback. Earlier this month, the makers pushed the release date of the film back from January to June 2023, citing they need more time to work on the visuals.
